These 4 empowering workshops delve into the self with a focus on identity and personal growth while trust building exercises speak to relationships. This workshop encourages girls to advocate for themselves and stand up for their individual values, beliefs and boundaries. Discussions encourage girls to look into their past and think about the future as they work towards establishing realistic goals that take into account their unique interests, abilities and personality.
Building Confidence
In this workshop, girls will explore what confidence truly means and how it shows up in everyday life—from speaking up in class to trying something new. They'll discover what can build or break confidence and learn practical ways to feel strong, proud, and comfortable in their own skin.
Peer Pressure & Boundaries
Through interactive discussions and activities, girls will learn to recognize peer pressure and feel confident saying “no” when something doesn’t feel right. They'll also gain tools for setting healthy boundaries and understanding the importance of staying true to themselves, even when it’s hard.
Conflict & Communication
This workshop helps girls understand different communication styles and identify their own. They'll practice how to speak up with confidence, express themselves clearly, and manage disagreements in a respectful and assertive way. It's all about turning conflict into connection.
Understanding Trust
Trust is the foundation of strong friendships and self-respect. In this session, girls will explore what trust looks like, how to know who’s trustworthy, and how to handle it when trust is broken. They’ll walk away knowing how to build relationships that feel safe, honest, and supportive.
